Born in Baytown, Texas and raised on a farm in Kearney, Missouri, I have been cooking since I was strong enough to push and climb onto a chair to reach the stove. At age nine, I made my first full Thanksgiving dinner staying up overnight and making sure to baste the turkey every hour! I quickly became the guy everyone relied on whenever a gathering was in need of good food.

My career journey took me across the country opening restaurants, learning from great people, and sharpening the craft that eventually shaped Tapped Out Eats. Today, I am a father of two boys, still cooking for anyone who walks through the door — and now sharing that same spirit with the community leaving your tastebuds in awe and immediately awaiting the next bite!

Tapped Out Eats is built on my signature style: classic comfort food with bold, mathematical artistic twists that can only be described as “Food that Hits Different.”
